The Inn8ly website design subscription is a SaaS product that amortizes the design and build costs over time, and covers operating costs like hosting, security, secondary software licenses, etc..

Initial Consultation

Let’s schedule a Zoom call to discuss your vision and goals for your new website. Watch your Inbox for details and a booking link. (We’ll be sharing our screens and your video is optional.)

  • You’ll tell us basic information about your website and we’ll let you know how and where to share your content.
  • You’ll share a few inspiration sites to give direction on look and feel.
  • You’ll tell us the primary objective of your website and we’ll share best practices to achieve this.
  • You’ll tell us about 3rd-party integrations you’re using and we’ll advise how to share credentials for those accounts, if needed.

Upload and Finalize Content

  • If you are keeping the existing content without making any changes you have on an existing WordPress website, and have chosen for Inn8ly to Import content, simply providing Inn8ly with credentials to the existing website, we’ll take it from there.
  • If you are wanting to edit existing content or add new content, your Content Specialist will provide you with links to sharable documents where you will access sharable documents and do so.
  • Content needs to be finalized before a Content Specialist can start building your website. The amount, type and inter-connection of content will determine the navigation and page structure.

Site design

We’ll design the style, navigation, as well as the Home and Contact pages. These areas will convey the look and feel of the website, and tell us if we’re on the right track.

Then, let’s meet to review the design of the website.

  • If we’re on the right track, we’ll finish building out the website.
  • If something is off with the design, you’ll tell us what should change. We’ll make the change and then have another meeting for approval before finishing building out the website.

Complete the Design

We’ll finish designing the website with the remaining pages and content, and make 3rd-party connections.

Final Review

Let’s meet to review the website and make sure everything you provided is in place.

Publish Your New Website!

Our team will prepare settings for being live and we’ll publish your website at your domain.

Inn8ly Website Design FAQ

Either our Standard or Premium Website Plan has a 24 month payment period from the time of signing up. After 24 months, the website design plan is paid off.

After 24 months, your design plan automatically transitions into a maintenance plan at your current monthly rate.

You can cancel with 30 days’ notice. You have three options. You can simply cancel, and while we’ll miss you, you can move on at no additional cost. If you would like to have us export your content files to be uploaded to a new website, we will be happy to do this. The fee for this is $150. Or we can export the content and theme, this allows you to keep your design. The cost for this is $300, to license the Inn8ly theme for a year (the license costs $150 and will renew annually) and package the files. You will need to secure software licenses and/or image licenses for plugins and images provided by Inn8ly.

You have options. Once your site is published:

  • you can make edits on your own OR
  • submit a Support Request and our team will make changes or provide messaging guidance for you (additional charges apply)

  • During the website build process, your Content Specialist will guide you through the process, receiving your provided content, letting you know when it’s time for a review, or answering questions about the website.
  • Once your site is published, we can provide either messaging support or make changes for you. We have Standard and Rush Support options available. (additional charges apply)
  • Included with your website set-up, during the design and build, your Content Specialist will add the latest and greatest content you provide.
  • After your website is published, content updates are not included in the monthly fee, but the Support Team at Inn8ly is happy to help manage your website content.
  • During the website design and build, the monthly fee is the remaining design cost for your new website, but spread out over 24 months for convenience.
  • After your website is published, the monthly fee covers maintenance costs. Maintenance costs for hosting, software licenses and updates, site security and access to the Support Team.
