I confirm and agree that: I am authorized to request support and act on behalf of the associated account; this will be answered in the order in which it is received; all communication and discovery are billable; I will pay either a one-hour, non-refundable minimum charge ($50), a total for all billable time, or an estimate I approve for work to be completed, whichever is applicable, at Standard Support prices (Content Specialist @ $50 per hour, Developer @ $135 per hour).
