You can simply cancel, and while we’ll miss you, you can move on at no additional cost.

Please note that if you would like us to provide you with your content files or your content files and the theme license, you will need to choose one of the other two available options.
- If you would like to have us export your content files to be uploaded to a new website, purchase the Content Export product and we will be happy to do this. The fee for this is $150.
- Or, with this product, we will export the content and theme, which allows you to keep your design. The cost for this is $300 to license the Inn8ly theme for a year and package the content files. After the first year, the license costs $150 and will renew annually.
You will need to purchase software licenses and/or image licenses for plugins and images provided by Inn8ly.
