• Identify the specific words/phrases to add, remove, or modify
• Explain why each change will improve the prompt’s effectiveness
• Prioritize changes that will have the biggest impact
• Focus on structural improvements, clarity enhancements, and instruction conflicts

Format: Present your recommendations as:

1. Primary Issues: List the main problems you’ve identified
2. Recommended Edits: Specific changes with before/after examples
3. Priority Ranking: Which changes to implement first
4. Improved Prompt: The completely optimized version

Tone: Be direct and analytical. Focus on actionable improvements rather than general feedback.

Another example, and speaking from direct experience, is activating the ‘self-reflection rubric’ when ChatGPT is helping you with spreadsheet formulas. This will save a lot of time.
